Return & Exchange

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange if you are unsatisfied with your purchase.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your jewelry item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, in its original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Custom-made by request jewelry, customized pieces (including ring sizing), one-of-a-kind, gift cards, sale or final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn, damaged, or altered.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping fees back to our studio for exchange or return, will be on customers responsibility for arranging and paying the delivery. It’s the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

Worldwide customers- We recommend that you make sure items are insured by your courier, prior to sending it out. If you wish to use the studio’s courier service, please contact us for pricing.

Local customer, living in Israel- we can provide a pickup via our delivery service. This service costs 45 NIS and will be deducted from the refund payment or credit.

Local customers, living in Israel- you can also return an item by self-arrival at our showroom or studio by prior arrangement. Please contact +972-546509620.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will send you an email to let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If the refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be credited in full, There will be a 5% cancellation fee for all cancellations and returns following the Consumer Protection Law.

An email confirmation will be sent to you after refund is processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return,

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to improbable matter of manufacturing defect or a wrong item thats been sent. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bohoreina@gmail.com
